Ohh, i feel so sorry for the pirate fans out there. I would much rather see a new minifig line.

Castle-Fans call the large KK figs "Castlonical," "Bioknights" or "Crap"

The KK II Minifig line is reffered to as "Jellybean Knights," "Easter Egg Knights," etc.

But for the pirate how about this...

JACK BEARD!

Just remebr DM made that!

We could call it Lack-beard, but that’s copying Shakespeare. Or perhaps BUCcaneers (Brainless Urban Crap).

Well, what about "One Piece" like the cartoon?

Another great mistke by the Lego. Lego != Fisher Prize!
Culd´nt agree more!

There goes the honorable death of the pirate line..

It´s just sad...

I could play with the old pirate sets when I was a kid, why can´t kids today do that?

I don't understand it either. For his birthday, I got my 6 year old brother a *old* pirate set and he loved it! Then I showed him pics of the new ones over those of older ones. Can you guess what he picked?

The older ones! The Logic that Lego holds - that kids today want things bigger, easier, sets is just a load of garbage. I don't know what TLC is thinking.

Well, it´s nice to hear that at least ONE kid is saved from this maddness, well done Lemon squeezer!

How old are the kids in the "targeted group" for those sets anyway? 4-5??

Kajo, when I was a five-year-old, I got the Renegade Runner. Even at that age, I would have preferred the old sets to this nes "pirate."

So they´re for even younger kids! But between this new Quatro-thingie, Duplo, this new bigger pirates and the good old 'normal'-sized sets..

..who´s going to by all this?

Why this juniorizing? Wgy make bricks 4x the size of Duplo??

WHO needs it???
