I get my capes on Bricklink...rather than buying lame-o HP sets. But I DO have 7166-Imperial Shuttle.

Well although it's not relevant to the original question, in case anyone wondered you can find the plastic red cape in the following sets:

6073, 6041, 6085, 6060/1584 (as you said)
and also: 6086, 6075 (2 of them), 6038, 6057, 1596/1590, 1547, 6105, 2585(2), and 2586(2)

The best for the red cape is Quality Quitich Suplies for three reasons.
1. It is comparitably cheap.
2. It is easy to find.
3. It comes with many for usefull peices.

It's a sticky because red capes are crucial to all that we do. We must have red capes or we shall all perish!
