question....
I have noticed alot of sites and even B-shelf galleries have "(c) 2003 so and so" and I have been wondering, do you / they really have a copyright?

Hi Matt,
Yes, all images submitted to a brickshelf gallery are copyrighted by their creators. Sometimes people, including myself, add (C) to remind people that the ideas and images are copyrighted. Usually this is in case someone is thinking of turning a moc into a custom set. It could also be that they do not want people to steal their images.
