I always have the same standing army, I just expand and upgrade it. Right now it's between 250-300 men, separated into factions led by feudal lords.

I need to make a full census which would require a whole weekend for me to do....

But Im willing to estimate my troop numbers at around 6,000 Lego ancient warriors.

I have a few factions that are always growing. Among these are my Black Falcons, Crusaders(old guys with the lion emblems, I believe they are refered to as Crusaders), and my current favorite that is a custom army. The common warrior classes are the simple blue torso guys with the breastplates. Along with them are a host of growing knights we know as danju figures from kk2. There are about 30 in this army, for now. I will keep collecting the new themes of castle lego that TLC produces as long as they do not become too much like Megablocks.

Since Im making it for a comic(sort of) Im limiting the most of them to 8 of the same type of soldier, since thats the max that is needed to be seen at once. In special cases like Shadow Knights, they are in greater numbers.

My soldiers are probably about 400 by now, but thats only a wild guess. Could be less, could be more. Not much, though. I need more for indiviual sub-faction armies that will play a large role.

My smallest factions are the old, with 3 black falcons, 4 lion knights (crusaders) and about 6 forestmen. I got however, tons and tons of black knights. Yes, I did get about 10 of the mounted black knight...
Oh, and about 8 ol' oldies. :)

Right now, my Lion Knight's are my strongest faction, numbering in at about 75 total (includes cavalry). The other factions are considerably weaker, numbering in the 20's for each faction (except Wolfpack at about 10).

"My" army is small, commparred to you other guys. (not Arwen, (my cousin) who has small individual armies of many different races) I have a mix of Royal Knights, Black Falcons, Crusaders, Dragon Masters, custom well-armored recruits, and a small group of Forestmen (elves). The Royal Knights make up the King and his bodyguards, The Black Falcons are the Elite Infantry, The Crusaders are the King's Lieutenants, the Dragon Masters, by far the largest group of the army, are the Lords and the heavy infantry, the custom soldiers (sticker soldiers from here) are the new recruits, and the Forestmen (elves) are also recruits.

I have 90 soldiers in my aremy at the moment (23 of those cavalry), with 7 or so more on the way.

I also have an UnDead army, twenty or so soldiers.
