I rather like the stonework on this building. :)

An entry for the first Global Challenge of LCC.

The Palace of Lorean, The palace was built when the first prince made Dalmanutha his capitol and claimed the lands now known as Loreos. After a fire, it was rebuilt by Jarius' grandfather Mercatus Lorean, and has stayed the same since.

In this scene, we witness the gift from the King being distributed among the citizens, so that all may feast and be merry on the day the King has appointed.

In other views you can see Lord Teherean paying his respects to the prince on official business.

C&C Welcome! :)

Have a great day!!!

Goodness gracious! Every new build you make is better than the last, and seems to be quicker too. This is very impressive Mark, I like how you have kept the celebrating in the moc sort of universal, with both the royalty and the peasents in a celebratory mood. I also like you used that wall texturing technique again, I wonder if it would work as well mixing LBG and DBG in a similar way. Nice eggshell with the assassin too.
You would rather be building right now.

Great build. I love all of it.

The contrast between the inside and outside of the palace is great.

As usual Mark, brilliant work! You did a gorgeous job on the realism and the tidiness of the creation. :)

Lots of great details, I especially like the inside of the palace. Nasty looking assassins you have there :woo:

"Tidy" is a good word for it, Blake. The build is clean without being boring; full of action without being cluttered. The perfect balance. :)
