Inigo Vs. Count Rugen - The Princess Bride Collaboration

Image

A part of the nine-builders/friends, fourteen-builds collaboration at BrickWorld 2014 this year. This MOC depicts the scene where Inigo finally tracks down Count Rugen after many years of searching for him, and kills him.

Be sure to explore the rest of the builds or watch this interview with Beyond the Brick: www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BVLdycNnq0

Also, Bruce N H has posted an excellent topic on our collaboration, view that here.

The Nine Collaborators are:

Paul Vermeesch
Dan Church
Max Pointner
Ian Spacek
Casey McCoy
Philip Berntson
Matthew Oh - Me
Ben Merrill
Lee Muzzy

For more pictures (and bigger pictures), view my MOCpage

BTW, the fire lights up, but you can't see it to well in this picture. :)

Enjoy!

Soli Deo Gloria!

Beautiful moc. As seeing the movie I can appreciate how you recreated the scene. I do however wonder how you got the floor to look like you did?

Purple Wolf :)

Thank you Purple Wolf, glad you like it! I don't know who came up with the floor technique, but Gilbert Despathens posted a picture of it. :)
