Magna Carta

Post by Bruce N H »

Today is the 800th anniversary of the signing of the Magna Carta. Of course James Pegrum has MOC'd this significant event more than once, this larger version and this vig form that is part of his kings and queens of England series.

Nice builds, but you were just a few minutes early for James' last build to commemorate the Magna carta ;) :tasty: :

Timing is everything! So I was at work and towards the end of the day a friend said to me go on re post one of your magna carta builds, see who notices. But I thought no I need to do something fresh! busted my gut to this down before 12pm UK time!

Also whilst posting, its with regret I'm not on here as much these days. Castle is still very much close to my heart, touhg at this stage I have a number of other projects on the go and ever increase deadlines with 'Bricks' a new lego magazine. If you haven't see it check out the website http://republic66media.com/ I have castle plans for a few years down the road so I'll still be lurking around!

Hey James,

Great to see the new take on this subject. I've also been enjoying your kings and queens series. Good to see you around these parts.

I have so much respect for James as a builder, he is quite inspiring. I love his historical take on things! :)
