It would be very cool if the winner (or the first three places as there are so many awesome MOCs!) would give us some background information about why they did build this specific MOC, if they had something else in mind before, something about the process maybe etc.
At least I would love to see that! Maybe in a short interview form ^.^
Anyhow, I'm very excited to see the winner and a discription of how the judges decided and some general thoughts from the judges.
Personally I find it very difficult to pick just ONE winner, as I have the feeling that at least 6 MOCs are so awesome that they deserve the first place, while these 6 MOCs are still closely followed by the rest!
I don't know if my personal opinion would influence anybody but just in case I won't post it... but I already kind of decided on a personal favorite, even though it's not the most complex MOC, it prevails over the others it's stylishness and being very close to the original design while at the same time using a very fitting mix of colors and surface texture.

I think a little description of people's design process and ideas would be interesting too. It's always intriguing to see where people draw their inspiration and ideas from.
