Re: Shipwreck
I love this! The shipwreck is awesome... you really made it look 1/2 ship and 1/2 decay... not necessarily an easy task with bricks. I seriously love (and saved to my computer) the huge water/wind funnel... would love to see more pics about how you made that and what it looks like.
Very well done!
Very well done!

Re: Shipwreck
love it. Looks like something you'd see in the bottom of a fish tank. Hey, you know what would be cool? You should make a fish tank out of lego, complete with rock works, colored pabbels, fish, etc. all made out of lego!

Re: Shipwreck
That's amazing. Do you have a back story for it?
Re: Shipwreck
Thank you, not really any pictures of how (though it's somewhat simple) but there are more shots on flickr if you haven't checked .ottoatm wrote:I love this! Re: Shipwreck
I really like the colors in this. Awesome job. It feels like a Little Mermaid fig should be peeking out from inside it.

Re: Shipwreck
I recognise all the LEGO pieces in that scene, but the colour usage is so vivid and realistic--and so far from the colour-schemes of most MOCs that it almost doesn't look LEGO. I love the bold use of regular, old-fashioned green! Besides the colour, the best element here is the shape of the vessel, which does look like it's rotting and slowly collapsing as it does.
