Celje Hall

Post by subix »

Celja Hall was buil in 1906. On its 110 aniversary I made it from Bricks.
Challanges were conical round roof for the tower and pavement.

Great to see you back around here, with a stunning new build no less! It looks extremely accurate to the original.
The windows throughout have some really neat designs, and that large round tower is incorporated beautifully, great work on the roof of it too :D

Impressive replica. Did you calculate and draw a scale design before undertaking the build?

I live some 50km away from Celje city. But I do visit it, take many photos, get aerial shot and blueprints. Then I recalculate all into bricks. I allwasy do that way when do replicas of real buildings.
Not all is perfect, colors do vary upon what is avaliable or what I had. Still I am satisfied.
