The Summer Joust 2017 : The Small Streets Of Dathach

Post by Silmaril_1 »

Hey eveyone!
Here's my latest creation for the summer joust, depicting the small streets of a medieval city. C&C most appreciated!

You can read the complete description and my building process for this MOC over on Flickr. I think it's worth taking a look!

Thank you for sharing. I like many of the details including the arched roof cut out in back, the sheathing under the roof shingles, and how the foundation extends into the ground.

My only recommendation would be to add a stone, tile, or wood plank floor on the interior lowest level. If the builders spent the money to construct the rest of the building out of stone, the floor probably would not be dirt.

Now that you mention it, it's true that the dirt floor strikes me as someting out of place. Thanks for commenting!
