Eric "Baronsat" Druon

Post by Bruce N H »

Hi all,

Eric Druon (aka Baronsat) has a couple of galleries on Brickshelf's "recent" page. I'm not sure what's new in this, but his gallery of custom kits for sale has a couple of castle-themed creations:

Also, while the name "Rancor" designates this as a Star Wars creation, if he had called it "Cave Troll" or "Ogre" it would belong here:

Eric's website is here:

Mostly it's sci-fi stuff, but there are a few castle creations there.

Awesome stuff! Even those SW creations could be used for Castle. I really like that undead attack. To bad that castle pic is small and I can't tell what the emblem is. And that Rancor is completely awesome. I bookmarked his site and will visit it alot I'm sure.
Space rocks.

Those are pretty cool. He sells them by the looks of it. I don't think I'd ever buy any.

The star wars stuff is the coolest imo

Love the Rancor - great stuff. Thanks for posting the links and bringing cool stuff to our attention.

These all quite professional looking. Funny too. Makes you sad to see what TLC could be producing....

I've always liked Baronsat's MOCS...I just wish I knew about Skeleton Bridge a long time ago...that Rancor could be the greatest monster known to the LEGO world...

You know you're a good person when you see megablocks and have to do things you would rather not.

I like the skeleton bridge. Very nice. I'm a Star Trek fan, so I like that one as well. More proof that Lego's Star Wars line has been the best supply of original castle parts for several years. Sad huh?

The skeleton bridge is great. The skeleton horse is a nice nice touch. Very creative. I wonder how much he sells this set for. :?

Hi Gallery has text links to his homepage, I am sure if you inquired, he could quote you some prices. I know his tower was a bit pricey, but I haven't seen what he charged for the other stuff. They are very nice MOCs though, I probably woudn't bother with custom sets though, making my own stuff is more fun even if it is not as fancy.
