My apologies for mouthing off about 'house builders' LOL

Post by Ye Olde Republic »

I'd like to apologise for mouthing off about 'house builders'. As a Star Wars builder I have always just assumed that building building would be a snap. We all live in one after all  and spaceships are full of weird and crazy angles/constructions, blah blah blah.....

Well, here I sit. Stuck. I have builders block building of all things, a building. I tip my hat to all you guys. *claps*

Hehe,

Yes, sometimes buildings are harder than they look. But once you build a few, they should come easily. I find that it is hard to create unique interior details to fill my buildings.

Good luck, let us know what you come up with. :D

Well the big problem is that I built something and then it looked almost like something posted a few days later. Oh well, back to the drawing board. I just can't wait to start my wizard's towers!

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

This is not the building you are looking for.
After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.

building buildings

Post by Magnus »

Funny, an experienced castle builder said a while ago, he thought building castles wasn't that hard compared to other things and I remember disagreeing with him. I actually find castles as difficult as building far smaller more detailed things like modern or futuristic military vehicles. I can't quite explain why, but building castles is definetely not a piece of cake.
