Tower of Kedric the Brown.

Post by LEGOFREAK »

Having recieved a bunch of HP for Xmas, and having just read one of the Swords novels by Fritz Leiber, I give you: The Tower of Kendric The Brown!

This story is in my own head, and not fully written out, but the basic line is this...
Our heroes have been drinking and who...partying in Lankhmar, and have come across a dwarf with a map to a fabulous treasure.
To read it however they need the help of a hedge wizard who lives off the coast of Draelith.
(yes, their respective wizards (Sheelba of the eyeless face, and Ningauble of the Seven Eyes) won't touch this map or help in any way at all...)
Sorry about the large pic size, but I had to show the detail. :D

And here are the greatest heroes in this or any other world, Fafhrd, the Gray Mouser, and a new guy - Ragnar Earthhammer.

(and to answer the big question right off - that axe has been around for about seventeen years (if I did my math right) I made it from a Lego handle, and a Tyco axe head (from their castle line))

PS if you havent read the series get a ride to the library and check them out... NOW!

Clearly they don't live in California! That would be a nightmare in an earthquake. :D

Gosh, it's been so long since I read the Fafhrd and Gray Mouser series, I don't remember the story, and I no longer have the books (oooooo, and they were autographed by Fritz, too).

Wait! I have the final book! And I never read that one. Time to log off. 8)

:) That's a really good model and it does look like something a wizard would live in. :) I also like the effect from the plants growing down and hanging. Pretty kool.
