The lance holder is quite inventive. Your houses look good but would be better with interiors. These are all definitely a good start.

It really depends who the house is for. I would say the basics are a light and heat source (fireplace), table or somewhere to put things on, barrels, chests, and bed(s). You've got a nice start there. Now you just need to round out your building techniques, and you should be good to go.
