Well Erik, to tell the truth, I think you need to spend more time on building your mocs rather than building 2-3 not-so-good mocs. First of all, the over all structure seems really dull. You can add some architectural things to the wall (look at the how to avoid the big grey wall syndrome and apply those to you white walls) Second, the tree looks so brickbuilt. You could use some white half arches to make it look more real(if you have the pieces) Don't let my criticism break your will. You just need to work on your Mocs more. Hope my criticism helps you to improve on your building.

Regards,
Yankı

I don't want to be too negative here. And if you ask anyone who knows me, not being too negative is a lot of work for me. I really, really do not want to discourage you.

While impressive in scale, its too monolithic. All that white just doesn't do it for me. Maybe work on building some landscape around it. Throw in some bricks of other colors, this is really hard to do well, at least for me. Also maybe put some windows/arrow-slits in the walls. This would be quite an impressive MOC if you added some of the smaller details, like those I've mentioned above.

Definately take a look at others MOCs, and incorporate some of their ideas into yours.

And don't get discouraged. Keep working it and reworking it and eventually you'll get it right.
