A kind and benevolent woman, Lady Graymalkin is the librarian of the Royal Library. However, she is rumored by some to be a witch, partly because of the obedient owl she keeps. She is also caretaker of the key to the Royal Archives.
So, just a 6x6 vignette... The hardwood floor idea was something I've had in mind for a while but never actually had a place to use it in an MOC. Lady Graymalkin was a fun character to make and write about, even if I did borrow her name from Macbeth.
I'll leave you to decide whether she's a witch or not.

What's the point of having a cake if you're not going to eat it?
The browns of the floor and the bookcase contrast nicely with the gray of the wall. The stained-glass also adds a splash of color. The only thing I'm not sure about is the fig herself. She doesn't look like a woman, just a old man with long hair!

EDIT: I just noticed the detail of the key slipped onto her arm, such a cool detail! It looks like she's simply holding it on a keyring while reading. I'll have to remember that...
The first thing I noticed was that that woman had a man's face! Seriously, I would have never thought of that as a female, but it looks of on that fig.
The detail in this baby is amazing. I really love the stained glass and the way the top of the vig is designed. It looks to me like something TLC would put out for the HP line.

The key idea is great. I like the hardwood and corner table as well as the stained glass.
