Oh, Bravo! *applauds* I present you with the "There Is No Such Thing As A Useless Part" Award!
Really, that is an ingeneous use for those. I love the styling on the house as well; it is very celtic. Excellent work. As you said on the website, it needs an interior, and I would suggest some landscaping as well. Great job!

What's the point of having a cake if you're not going to eat it?
You found a use for a useless part. Yay That looks cool. My only question is why did you buy those sets?

I quote, from his website...HenrytheV wrote:You found a use for a useless part. Yay That looks cool. My only question is why did you buy those sets?
So he did not buy the sets, only the parts for this purpose.Lord Of The Lego wrote:When Anthony Sava annouced the opening of his store, Ikros War Chest, I rushed to pick up six dark tan ramps along with a few other dark tan and brown pieces.

Good job! Glad to see someone else use those for a roof. You did a better job than I did though.

Nice work. I like those ramps for the roof. Makes me wish I'd picked some up too. I like the use of those burnt orange pieces too (they would make interesting houses, if we could get enough of them for anything). My only suggestion would be is to maybe use some brown to break up that mass of tan on the first floor area. It is just too much tan for my tastes.

A mighty fine longhouse!
Its a clever use of those ramps and it does have that celtic feel to it. Truly a great MOC.

It looks all right, but I also think that it would look better if it were longer. I won't give you a hard time about the interior, though, because I usually take a long time to get around to building interiors on MOCs, so I'll let that slide.

Hey Nate, good work, as usual. I like the idea of using those dark tan pieces as thatch. Pity they don't come in regular tan or brown, though....I've seen the white ones used as snow, before. This almost reminds me of Meduseld, without the horse motifs.

When these sets came out I also tried to find a use for these ramps. I used them the other way around though

Don't mind the housemoc, it was just to try the ramps as a roofconstruction
