Looks good. Good job on the hinging and connectors. I did a double take until I realized that the second floor window was halved. One thing: the ground floor ceiling seems too high. Have you tried knocking out two bricks worth of height? Or did you make that high intentionally?

You cheated with the hinging! Good for you son! I must say your hinge technique falls into the 'why didn't I think of that' category.;) I also really like the blue wattle and daub, excellent use of your entire collection. If I were to say there is a con about the building it's also that the first storey looks a bit too tall, but that could be because it doesn't fall into the cookie-cutter mold.

One more thing...would a mason have brought slabs of stone to his place to work on? Wouldn't they have just gone to the quarry to work? Or is your guy mostly a sculptor?

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.

Stonemasons ROCK!!!

uh - great job dude!

I like the statues, and I think if the mason were to be working on a large one, say a giant headstone or something, he would want the extra space at the top of his workshop.

I think the addition of some stone chips, and maybe a ladder (to reach the top of those bigger statues) would be a nice touch. You know- more tools. :D

Keep up the moc-ing. :D - can't wait to see your new creation..

(hey JB - you guys should plan a town )
