Hey, I recently noticed that a "certain faction" made a special banner for those entering the GC. Would you guys like me to make one for Loreos too? Or are our signatures cluttered enough already?

Yes Mark. How about the "Warriors of Loreos" or "Soldiers of Loreos."

My GC 3 Phase 1 entry should be up tomorrow night, but will be posted absolutely no later than Friday.

Also check out my latest topic in the "Buy, Sell, Trade" Forum.

Cool, I like how "Warrior of Loreos" sounds. As soon as I get some good weather I'll get a picture of some knights and edit it up. :)

Yeah, yeah. Shouldn't you be shoveling snow or something? ;)

I've finished my entry, for Loreos!

I'd just like to point out that Mark spied first, so...... ;)

Great job on the entries guys. Even if we are competing with each other, I definitely enjoy seeing what everyone comes up with!

When Loreesi spy, it's called 'tactical observing' ;)

I agree with you, I find it interesting what everyone's doing and seeing everyone's builds / stories, rather than who wins in the end.

Ok, so does my build have to be in by the 1st? I'm short on time and won't get it built to this weekend...

I think the actual deadline is the 3rd (I could be wrong), which will allow the second phase to be 2 weeks until the 17th.

Oop... just realized this wasn't the GC3 thread...

I am also sorry for my inactivity the past weeks. The malicious real life has gotten in the way of my building. I am trying to get a GC3 Phase 1 entry together. Hopefully I will be able to upload the image on Sunday sometime. Thanks!

Remember, small contributions are still contributions! :D I built a small well for starters first to have 'something' and make sure I had something to enter in case I didn't finish the other things. I'm sure everyone here knows and respects the fact people don't always have as much time as they would like.

I won't be able to build something for this GC, but I made some figs with trades I received from Andhe and Friskywhiskers, there are still some noblemen and merchants (they're much more colourfull), which I might upload soon.
So here's a pic of my small army:

Hey guys here's my CG3 (phase 1) entry:

Image

Backstory:

The great eastern gate of Fangroth is usually bustling with a great throng of people traveling in and out of the city on some business, or to buy and sell their wares in the great Bazaar of Fangroth, but not this day. Today a different sound fills the streets of Fangroth, the sound of clattering armor and horses hooves pounding the soft sandy ground of the streets. Lord Tathann has sent out a command that every man and young boy eighteen years of age and older is to join the great armies of Fangroth and march to the Magical Isle to rid Roawia of the clan of Shadow Force once and for all. Sir Benjamin Toft, Headmaster of the renowned Toberg School of Warefare also rides toward Fangroth where he will join forces with Lord Tathann, the other two lords (Lord Marvrann of Lenfald and Lord Falcus off Garheim) along with the Battlemaster of the (current) Knights of Calmonn. Above the great noise and clatter of the soldiers the anthem can still be heard loud and clear.

For Fangroth, for the Prince and for the glory of this great land of Loreos.

I already posted it in the GC3 topic thread a few days ago, but am just getting around to posting it here, now.

I uploaded some more pics (last night) and updated the backstory (this morning).

Check my Flickr phtostream: RBCustoms for more pics. :)

Thanks again,

~RBC

Here's my GC3 entry! I'm about to post it in the official thread now, but thought my fellow Loreesi might want to see it too. ;-)
