2.) how many free builds do we get a month? What do they have to be about, anything inparticular?

Since you have a Flickr account, it's easy. Go to the page with the image you want, click the "share" button, select BBCode and choose your desired photo size. Then copy and paste all the BBCode into you post.

2.) how many free builds do we get a month? What do they have to be about, anything inparticular?

You're allowed two free builds per month. Look at this thread for any further questions.
