So when do we get our personal points for the GC? I entered a vignette and a restricted, and it still says I only have 5 points. Also, for my character name, there's supposed to be a sir before Ian Ferguson, sorry for not making that very clear in the signup.

This is a refrain you will here often around here, so learn it well - "The admins/Mods/Faction Leaders/Overseers are real people with real life priorities. They will get to it as soon as they are able". In all seriousness though, AK will add the points up when he gets a moment (he's pretty good at it, so you've joined the right faction!).

People use the points differently, if I'm honest, I can't remember the last time I checked my 'score'. And waiting for points shouldn't prevent you from doing anything. If you think/know you've hit a certain limit meaning you are able to start a guild or whatever, then just go ahead and do it. If you're wrong, then it's no great loss as any builds can count as 'Freebuilds', even if you've got the entry requirements wrong for them to be counted as something else.

Most of all, enjoy it! If you keep a constant eye waiting for points to be added you'll soon get very bored (in my opinion).

Yeah, to echo what the others have said, the scoreboard gets updated about once a month. Maybe twice a month if Gurusql or I has extra time. Right now, he is working 80+ hours / week and I am in the process of switching jobs, so please be patient

I have put together a survey with the Faction Leaders permission that will hopefully help them with future plans for the format and direction of the LCC in 2014.
