Sweet! Any of the MOC's you mentioned in the Flickr description would be more than welcome at the Castle display.

When I signed up I said I needed 1 table, which I would use for my dragon and my other critters. My greek temple I thought could be included in the general layout, providing there's room.

However, if I decided to be totally masochistic and did bring Ulmaris, I need to know a few things. How soon would you need to know? It uses a brick built moat and terrain, so it wouldn't be level with any normal baseplates, so I guess it wouldn't work to be included in the general layout. How big are the tables? Ulmaris is 3 48x48 baseplates by 3 48x48 + 1 32x32 baseplates, or 45 x 55 inches. How soon would I need to update my table requirements on the website?

As far as knowing what size/how many tables people need, the sooner we know the better. I'll check, but I'm pretty sure that registrants can update their table requirements up until the point in time when all the tables are spoken for (which unfortunately we can't predict). I believe that the tables we have for Brickworld are 30"X6'.

Does Ulmaris still have 1 brick height of water on 3 sides?

Yes, Ulmaris has a 1 brick on 1 baseplate thick moat.

The main issue with Ulmaris is its' over-modularity. It comes apart in so many (fragile) pieces that it takes a long time to set up. The under structure, too, is too many pieces, but I think I might redesign it when I put the castle together for the last time for the upcoming Ikros photo shoot, whenever that is. The last time I set it up it took me three hours, and that's not even counting setting up all the other stuff I plan to bring (which fortunately doesn't take near the same amount of time).

My goal is to have Chapter 10 of Ikros finished before Brickworld. If that happens, and if (*IF*) I brought Ulmaris with me, come time for tear down I could literally just throw the thing in boxes without care.

Castle is gonna kick some rear end this year.
