Castle display by FreeLUG at Kultiverse 2008

Post by brickerik »

Hi everyone,

From 3rd to 6th of July 2008, we were 4 members of FreeLUG to display a Castle diorama at Kultiverse, a big event including Japan-Expo ( 130,000 visitors during the 4 days, almost teenagers) in Paris, France.

The goal was to show all the sets from the '07 and '08 Castle range, one was missing, the troll ship and some others were adapted.

We got a great success, people were really surprised that LEGO is into fantasy with trolls, orcs, skeletons, dwarfs...

So it was a real pleasure to share this display.

Nice job! I like all the little details, such as the two skeletons roasting chicken, but the sheer size of the battle is amazing! It must have taken a long time to make such a scene.
