Anthony Sava mentioned at Brickfest that there are local stores selling something like 2000 bricks for $20. I am wondering if there will be people selling large amounts of bricks. Although I am awear that Brickfordge and little armory will be vending.

Anthony was talking about the K9 boxes that the LEGO stores get to fill their Pick-a-Brick wall. I think you're maybe remembering numbers that you want to remember instead of what he actually said.
