A knight's retinue size and make-up

Hello all,
As I'm starting to focus on building a more realistic army, I'm trying to find out what a knight's retinue would actually look like. I'm separating them by century (I've got 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th century knights) from regions in Spain, Wales, England, France and Germany mostly.
How many other professional soldiers might a knight banneret employ? What other essential retainers would travel with them (blacksmith, herald, etc)?
