I would be more than happy to explain this to anyone who PMs me, but I should refrain from doing so on this thread.

As far as the medieval influence in Narnia, it's deffinately intended, although not any specific period, as it is a 'different world', and a fantasy-type story. It would be great to see some sets [more] inspired or pieces/figs from both Narnia and LOTR.

Something I think these recent movies are doing is to re-interest the public in mideival-type things. This could quite possibly pull the demand for castley LEGOs up, giving TLC more of a reason to produce better and better sets, to appease the demand. This may be wishful thinking, but I think is it truly possible. I know my own younger brothers really got into castles with LOTR and then with Narnia.

Anyways, some more of my two-bits worth...

Thank you, wunztwice. Hopefully more people will follow your example.

Remember, people, move all religious and political discussion into PMs if needed. Let's keep this thread TOS-compliant and unlocked!

Formendancil, I didn't know you were a Hobbesian!

Yes, I identify quite well with Hobbes... Calvin is simply too rambunctious, silly, and non-intellectual for me... :P
