Buying Medieval Civilians

Post by NovelNinja »

I'm looking for any parts that can be used to MOC me some Castle-themed civilian figures. Royals, soldiers, knights, and blacksmiths are easy to come by. I'm looking for a variety. Some of this may include things from other themes that can be repurposed (for example, the Princess Leia torso from the Ewok Village set, though I already have two of those; that's just an example).

I'd had a carefully-selected-and-assembled group of characters until this summer, when some [redacted] decided to swipe the containers I'd kept them in. As a result, I'm playing catch-up.

Fantasy characters (orcs, wizards, minotaurs, etc.) may be of limited interest. Custom parts to aid in this effort are of potential interest as well.

If you are selling something like this, or you know who is, I'd love to be put in touch. :) Shopping Bricklink for this sort of thing is tedious, since there's still such a variety of options that I might as well just view random stores.

Here are some examples of what I used to have: https://www.flickr.com/photos/60785715@N02/a ... 8834391368 (Yes, that's my one and only Flickr album. I've been told for years to get my photos online . . . eventually! I just needed a place to use for this post.)

Keep date stamps in mind. This was posted two and a half years ago. I wouldn't consider it to be an active offer any more.
