Has Anyone seen KKII in Alberta Yet?

Post by wlister »

Oddly the KKII stuff has yet to arrive in Calgary stores. From talking to one of the managers at a Wally Mart, the shipments have been delayed from wherever Wally distributes from since July is one of the worst retail months for toys in the entire year. TRU didn't have them either when I was in late last week. Not that I am in a rush to get them, but the sooner they are on shelves, the sooner they will be on sale.

I am not trying to buy sell or trade, but I was wondering if anyone in the Calgary or Alberta area has seen any of these sets at the big retailers yet? If you have please let me know here. Thanks,

Will

Yup. Up here in Edmonton Every single KK2 set is at TRU and all the Bioniknights are at Wal-mart.

Thanks Sir Terrance,

I have seen the Bioniknights at Wally Mart, but those aren't really KKII at least I don't think they would do me much good. For some reason I haven't seen any KKII stuff at TRU here in Calgary. The Vladek encounter I have heard is grossly overpriced at TRU could you let me know if it is true. S@H has it for 11.99 and I heard TRU had it at 14.99.

They're in Red Deer for sure.

I bought 2 Vladek Encounters are Toys Mean More Money 4 Us there. They had all the minifig sets. That was about 4-5 weeks ago.

Of course, if you mean ELSEWHERE, then no, I haven't seen them, but I also haven't been in a store with Lego since.

That definitely helps, shipping costs from S@H would make paying 12.99 at retail worth it. Thanks Sir Terrance.

No problem, also the new Alpha Team sets are in TRU at Edmonton. The prices are quite good.
