75 minifigs for $80

Postby AK_Brickster » Fri Jul 15, 2011 3:27 pm

Hey guys,

I just bought these 75 minis for $80 and I wanted to see if you thought I got a good deal. It looks like quite a few are pretty well played with, but I figured for just over $1/figure, it couldn't be that bad of a deal, right?
Let me know what you think. I'm also probably going to re-match legs, headgear, etc and re-sell all of the non-castle ones, so if you see any that you want, let me know! (bigger pics on my flickr stream)

Unless they are all chewed or painted badly I don't see how you can go wrong at that price! :D

I count at least 16 BF torsos, 3 crusaders, and 2 scale-mails. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Yeah, I think it' going to turn out to be a good buy. Especially if I can recoup some of the cost by selling the pirates/space/town guys on Ebay (or here, if anyone wants them!)

Footsteps, thanks for the Crownies! I set them up in a quick display to celebrate their arrival, but I didn't get a chance to take a picture of it yet. I'll post it to my Flickr stream later today :)

I think this is a major score. Between the real castle figures and then those that can be converted to castle with the right helm and armor, you have quite the number there.

Add on the ability to sell some of those off as well and yu do very well Sir. :D
