instructions

Post by LEGOFREAK »

This is for you guys (and gals (a rarity I know, but you exist, I have seen your posts...)) out there who, over the years may have gotten multiples of different sets.
I am looking for any castle instructions that you may have extra. I would like to get them from the 'classic' era, but any castle will do.

I would be willing to trade instructions for duplicates that I have, or for whatever, but I am also willing to buy them. I would prefer really used condition because they are for my six year old son.

My son is now getting into building these classic sets, f'rinstance he is currently building 6081 out of black, red and dark grey as a home for vladek.

some that I am looking for : black falcons outpost, guarded inn, 6077 (i know, but maybe you have an extra ripped copy or something.. )

thanks :D

I'd like to help you out, but unfortunately I'd rather not give up any of my instructions.
If you can't get ahold of any official booklets, you can find instructions for the sets you mentioned below:

http://library.brickshelf.com/scans/6000/6081/
http://library.brickshelf.com/scans/6000/6074/
http://library.brickshelf.com/scans/6000/6067/
http://library.brickshelf.com/scans/6000/6077-1989/

Sure, they'd be a drain on your printer cartridge, but at least you'll know you can always get more if you happen to ruin or lose a page.
Hmm... looking at 6077 makes me kind of want to build one.

Or you wouldn't have to print em at all. You could just look at em on the computer. Not the best solution, I know, but if you are desperate.........
I build, therefore I am.

sorry guys - I should have mentioned that I already have printed out a bunch of BS files, and they look all right, but unfortunately at the time I didnt have a very good printer, so while i can follow them, my son has a hard time.
I figured the clearer the better, and nothing beats the original. alex is the one who built the border ambush, so he is up for it, but its harder for him to read the b/w printed version.
and the only thing he likes to do on the computer is play x-wing vs tie-fighter. He gets really bored looking at the plans online.

I have extra instructions for Battle Dragon and Black Monarch's Ghost that I might be willing to sell. I'm too lazy to look up the set numbers right now.

Sure, I'll sell an instruction booklet for the Guarded inn (rerelease) PM me - how much do you want? What are you willing to trade?

I recieved my Legos today in exchange for two sets of instructions.

I want to say thank you to Patrick and for the wonderful parts. He is awesome to trade with. I highly recommend him.

Thanks again for a smooth and convenient transaction.

I forgot to say thanks for all the instructions I received!
Thanks especially to Jojo and Lemon! between these two I got so many that my son will be building for a long time.
