Ebay is amazing - Bluesecrets recommended UK ebay for great deals and I got all of the above for £48 - that's 34 vintage minifigs that would have probably cost twice that on Bricklink! :D

You are so totally bragging. I'm jealous. Your UK ebay is a great thing. Those figs have far more parts to them than I thought they would have. Lucky you. And...glad to help!

Good haul. I used to get some pretty good buys on ebay, especially if you're willing to stump up the money for bigger lots like this one.

I find people often split lots down into more 'affordable' auctions (I know that if I'm selling it's what I do) as it maximises profit and minimises loss (ie if the auction under-performs, you haven't ending up selling 20 minifigs for £2...).

Seeing the influx of chinese clone/counterfeit brands on ebay now I think classic lego is the only 'safe' stuff to bid on (any licensed theme is definitely out. Even modern castle stuff is being 'cloned').

Yeah totally agree - ebay is swamped with Chinese stuff that is fake. Saw one castle set which actually blatantly had Batlord shields everywhere but was a different brand
