Resizing Torso Stickers

Post by TheOrk »

Hey everybody!

For the upcoming Story Contest, I was going to print off ALOT of torso stickers. The only problem is with the stickers I got from this site, when I go and put them in a word document to print off, they take up half a page. I was wondering if anyone here knows how to resize them ( 1.422 cm wide, and 1.201 cm long.) because nobody over at Castle World seems to know how to do it.

Thanks.

I don't know the "official" way but I use MS Publisher. I have a publication I made that has a bunch of pics that are the right size for torsos (printed off on paper until I got the size right). I just change the pics to the torsos I want to print at any given time. It works well for me.

Okay, if it's in Word, you can adjust the size by clicking on the corners of the image, getting you a double-ended arrow pointing inwards and outwards.

Assuming that you have your Word screen on the "Print Layout View", you can use the rulers on the edge of the screen to resize to the size you want.

(The buttons for the different views of Word are on the bottom left hand side of the screen. "Print Layout View" should be in the middle- it was the default setting on our computer.)

Hope that helps.

Reading from your post i assume you get the torso by copying it from IE than pasting it in MSword? You can simply change the size by double clicking the torso and this window will pop up and you can just enter the digit.

You can see from here it is blow up to 500% + if you just paste it into word for word automatically resize pictures to screen resolution

I would also like to highlight Anthony's work is in the actual size, if you get the pictures into MSword by

Insert > Pictures > from file

Function in MSword it will enter the document as the original size.
