One more thing, Fry. Could you possibly make an image of the cape? I want to make sure I get the correct design before I proceed to make the fig. Thanks.

Here, was late in reply due to some delays in RL

Print out, fold in center and cut out following the cape shape

Normally I wont go for such unconventional design but the thing about Brikwars is that the ego of the Warlords should be heaven reaching so...

Thanks so much. I have the minifig put together right now. with the falcon designs on the cape I can just overlay the design for your cape and use my styrene to make the plume

Very nice, Fry! I love the plumes on him, especially the side ones. It would be really cool to see them make for real.

I just saw the post above this, about the cape. Very nice! It their a way to print it one cloth, like a real lego one?
