And the same excellent service applies to Chris. Thank you once again for the easiest transaction ever.

So I just got my princesses from Chrisladd77 and can say that he communicates well and shipped the day he got my money order. Not really much else a Legoer can ask for. Seems like he helped just about everyone to get these cool princesses.
Three cheers for Chrisladd, hip, hip,

Ser Loktar and I had a deal that went flawlessly. Remyth shipped quickly and included a very generous gift in our trade. I highly suggest both of them.

I had an excellent deal with Dragonella. I haven't seen her around since then though...

Shouldn't this be stickied btw?

PS is there legal recourse to this? maybe we should call the police and see what they can do.

Well, I don't visit Classic-Castle much, but I do manage the Straight Shooters' List over at FBTB.net, and I don't think legal actions would be exagerated at this point, especially considering the amounts of money involved.

IMHO, if you have the guy's home address, the first step would be to send him a recommended letter, asking him to either ship your items, or reimburse you. Add that if he doesn't comply within a certain period of time (give him two weeks or so), you'll be forced to take legal actions and involved the authorities.

That should certainly get his attention at the very least.

My two cents, for what they are worth here.

EDIT : BTW, this would be considered mail fraud, and it's a federal crime in the USA. Meaning, if you do report him, he'll have to deal with the feds.

I traded with Josh Wedin once.

He wanted my special helmet and I wanted three of his not quite as so much special of helmets.

Trade went down flawlessly and we were both satisfied. Speaking of which, where is that' ol geez?

I miss Josh. :(

The same transaction with Chrislad77 was fantastic on my end. The minifigs were posted quickly, and they arrived safely. Very easy to deal with.
