Have there been any reviews yet?
Also, any price points?
For The netherlands this set isn't available yet. Isn't that a "March wave"set?
I'm not sure, but the Troll Assault set has already been purchased in the UK...

And sorry about the picture thing...

Impulse castle sets and dwarf mine available to Australia also,

The cost of the impulse sets is a major disappointment at $5.99 aus that equates to $5.23 us.

Who can figure the LEGO cost calculations for example the castle minifig magnet set is cheaper for Aus then in US/UK.

Looks like I will be buying impulse castle sets only at discount prices.

That LEGO website homepage for Castle leaked pictures of the Dwarf and Troll characters a long time ago on the iron-ons and coloring pages, then they were pulled and they've never come back. I wonder if they'll put them back up soon?

PS The LEGO S@H rep I spoke to said that as far as they were aware the Castle Impulse sets (among others) would be gradually released over the calender year, but not all at once. I say "Good!" 8)

Wow, that cataoult looks like a good source of barrels. As for the Chariot... I like it. I hope they make a simple cart like this for the Crown Knights as well. I did think that they had given up on the Skeletons though. Aside from the fact that I hate the skeletons this set will be good for the skeleton fans.

I like the seige tower/tower set, and though I probably won't be getting it, the ship look nice as well.

I'm not a fan of the faction as a whole, but that chariot is pretty neat!

Not too sure about pan-catapults again though- there was enough of that previously with KKII.

mmmm... I'll be getting both these. The chariot in particular is nice, although I look forward to having one of the wizard. Also notice that the catapult set the soldier has additional equipment which is great.

I like the return of small little sets this year, just like Lego of old. Remember all the vast multiple of small Castle and Pirate sets? Nice to see Castle 07/08 go the same direction!

And taking inflation into account, even if €3.50 seems a bit here for the small impulse sets, it's better value than the sets I remember in the early 1990s. They were IR£2 - simply using the 1999 euro changeover rate that's €2.50; and the smallest sets even I think got to IR£2.50 or more in the late 1990s. A decade later, where we had annual inflation of 5% or more some years, €3.50 for impulse sets does show Lego is cheaper than ever.

Based on the number of elements (about 25 for the Chariot and 23 for the Catapult) I would guess that both of these sets are in the impulse category. I would also personally expect these sets to be available soon because pictures are already up, and the replacement part info comes up. Perhaps, 5615 has sold so well that they rushed two more castle impulse sets into production. (By rushed, I'm just saying that they popped up all of a sudden, not that they're not great). Now we just need a Dwarf Impulse with the brown beard. I would probably buy at least 10 of those, and more of the Dwarven Catapults to balance them out (beard-wise).

The trolling wagon is on S@H:

Isn't available in the US, but maybe in the UK, given the reviews?

Troll Wagon is still listed as "Sold Out". I gave up waiting and just put in my order yesterday for various other things like Dwarves Mine and Town Plan. Two of my siblings went in on the order; much as I would have liked if I had actually been ordering three Dwarves Mines for myself :) Added a couple of the soldier and wizard sets, and two of us got the Indy Lost Tomb set which is good value at €25. I figure I'll wait for the City and Creator sets to appear retail; amazing as it may seem, sometimes the main toy chain here is a couple euro cheaper or so. We made up for the €15 shipping fee anyways :)
