Vladek's Attack I & II?
Vladek's Attack I & II?
I just noticed "8799, Vladek's Attack I" and "8800, Vladek's Attack II" as the newest sets on Brickset. Have I missed something here, or is this new to everyone here?

8800
Personally, I like the look of both these sets, especially 8799. (Those grey slopes at the bottom!)
I'm guessing about 15-20 US each.
Am I the first to see these on there, or have these been discussed before and I missed it? (I did look at a few other threads, didn't notice this though)

One stacked with castle parts, the other with weapons. This is the best of the KK2 line. In a word...

I believe it was Anthony who first posted a picture of these sets. We didn't have names, nor did we know positively that there were being sold seperately. Thanks for sharing this. There are a few here who don't check Brickset often.

After a long absence, I have returned. I can't wait to start building again.
I'd never seen them before. They look higher quality somehow then the others.

These have been seen before, but no one was sure if they were separate sets, though that's what was suspected. Seige tower and wall expansion (modular?) will go over well, but I think you are off in the pricing. The tower will probably by $25 (I can hope for $20, but I have my doubts). I expect the wall section to be no less than $30.

I was thinking about it while looking at the sets, wondering why the purple knight wasn't included. And then I thought... you know, the Purple knight is in the cheapest set in the series, so he'd be the most common. Plus, the Castle is the only set that comes with all five knights, and LEGO wouldn't want to ruin that.
This way, you get a medium priced set that includes the less common knights, including the coveted green knight, and for whatever reason, two eagle shields.
But of everything else, there is only one thing that makes me truly excited about these sets.
Black Doors.

On our computer screen, at least, they are defenitely black. Also the flags appear to be light blue!I guess they could be black doors. Its a little hard to tell.

From what I can see, this is part of a castle for the Barbie knight. There is an extra sheild and some of those godawful blue flags. I think this is a "provincial" castle that we were expecting. Both sets are great, especially II.

Regardless of the fact that the second set has too few nights, these sets are the best of the KK2 line from what I can tell. The green knight even has his armour (from what I can tell)!
