New Vintage Minifigs Collection (FORESTWOMAN????)
Re: New Vintage Minifigs Collection (FORESTWOMAN????)
Strange that they're all female figures...
I'm a bit disappointed my two forest-women may no longer be the rarity they once were. But I'll be happy to get the actress figure.

I'm not concerned about the price going down as I had no intention of selling mine anyway, but it is a bit disappointing that my uncommon figure will become somewhat common.

Re: New Vintage Minifigs Collection (FORESTWOMAN????)
I'm glad to be getting this. It's been a long time since I sold my forestwoman fig and ninja princess, so this will be the first of vintage fig collections I'll buy.

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.
Why do I have to add the word "minifig" to my spell checker every time I use it?!

I didn't even think about her. I've got two of those I was hoping to keep rare...Ye Olde Republic wrote:ninja princess,

I'm actually annoyed by this because I'll have to go buy several boxes of it now. heh heh...
I usually don't collect rare pieces simply because they are rare - especially in the last few years, these pieces/parts/etc have all been popping back up. Besides that, I'm a bit cheap when it comes to spending massive amounts of money for one or two pieces/figs.

That looks like a great minifig collection. I may actually consider buying this one...

Re: New Vintage Minifigs Collection (FORESTWOMAN????)
I'm interested. I would like to get the Forestmen's Crossing but it usually is quite pricey on Ebay when I've looked for it. This might be a cheaper way to get the forestwoman...

Sorry I red it somewhere but yes they seem to be released already.Aliencat wrote:September? They're in the LEGO Stores now. At least in Germany.Kevin1990 wrote:expected in sepeter 2010
now about the forestwoman I had a discussion on how to reconize the new one from the classic one

seems the old one has smaller tooth in the torso, and the color of the torso seems to be a bit darker

But how do you know all of the plain-faced minifigs are men? Without makeup as represented on the red-lipped head, who's to say?

everybody is worried that the forestwoman willn't be rare anymore but you guys are wrong.Life_Unscripted wrote:http://shop.lego.com/ByTheme/Product.as ... 769&cn=115 Have at thee! I had a discussion on bricklink. Turns out the classic forestwoman and the new one are quick differant.
so Its getting a new entry in bricklink. so for the real collectors (like my zelf) I will only go for the classic forestwoman.
and you can alwasy tell but the differance wich one is classic and wich one isn't:

http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?M=cas319
http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=92395
As you already see the prices of the new forestwoman are lower then the classic one.
Yes it was my idea for a new entry and I think I did a good thing
