Doctor Who line - not TLC

Post by footsteps »

I hate it when non-Lego companies get the license for something I love.

The figures are hideous. :(

The figures are hideous, but I want that Tardis...

I would like it if we could discuss such topics here. I see competing products, and any business efforts that Lego might take to maintain its position in the market as valid Lego-related issues which effect us. However, when I raised this issue in a similar thread some time ago (viewtopic.php?f=13&t=20370), I was informed that such topics are something of a taboo, and the thread was locked.

It's unfortunate that some of our 'younger' members can't really tell the difference between a nice civilized discussion about (for example) a clone brand producing (for example) what would be a well received theme like Dr. Who and "I gots sum megabloks for Christmas from my Auntie and they're actually prittty kewl!!1!".

Notice I didn't lock this.....

Trust me, I think I'm funnier than you do.

I find something like this a mixed blessing. On the one hand it is good to see someone realized there was a need. On the other hand it is sad they were not done by Lego.

Oh and I agree, I too want one of the Tardis.
