Llurth Dreir is a Drow city, located deep inside The Mystic Isles, on the top of one of the highest hills.

The whole story about this 1.6m high on 48x48x base Drow city, with a lot of pictures, explanations and details can be found here

You don't go small, do you? ;-) Excellent work, as always. The cloud is a nice touch. I'm vaguely surprised to see actual blue running water, as a place like this just seems like it would ooze with lava and brimstone and the like. 8)

The clouds are a great touch to this one. They strike me as being rather odd considering that most of your creations are "Underworldish" but clouds are associated with heaven. Great work mate!

Hey Pijani,

At times in the past I haven't appreciated your aesthetic. I think it's mainly that I'm not a huge fan of your red/black color scheme. This one, though, is pretty amazing. The rockscaping is outstanding, also with the water flowing down and through the castle. I also particularly like the bridge between the two towers. To me it looks like the Rialto Bridge in Venice.

Very cool! As other said, the clouds are good. I was wondering how that goat is not burning alive?! It looks hot in there!

I love the architectural details you've managed capture in an almost completely red building, and the rockwork with the waterfalls is indeed outstanding. And that cloud is a really great touch indeed.
Between plotting to kill you all and chasing balls of yarn, I also build MOCs

Well, my dear friend, it is a top of the mountain, and the water did not yet had chance to spoil itself and merge with swampy green waters below
btw, I am actually trying to build cheese mosaic as a floor for the arena, and I must say - it takes a lot more nerves and A VERY steadier hand than mine ahah aand much thinner fingers, heh

Thank you. This is an embassy in the "open" world; Drow of this city were too long under the open sky, so long, that they decided to go "neutral good" on us; bah :)

wow, tnx; I've google that bridge, and I think I could build something exactly like that in next castle. Such nice curves. It is good to be back on my first lego forum

well, (shy), when I've made it, that trans round 1x1 were just a path, not fire; actually, the whole castle is "nature-friendly", like Katie said, with no ooze or lava, magma and thing's like that. The story put this castle (made for embassy challenge in Historica guilds) at a top of a hill of a very green country. Now, green is not the color that I have, so, I had to find a way to make a hill top above the forest scenery. I am happy that all of you folks like it

On the back there is a big cave filled with fluorescent fungi and fungi-like plants Suggesting that there is a lot of life even though we are at the top of a rocky hill

some of those white bricks in that cloud are more then 40 years old (I've inherited them from my father
you can see scratches and old look on them on close-ups here

I don't think that you could sense how big the castle is from the pictures;
I am going to persuade girlfriend to pose near it, and I will post here

:D actually this is so cool and artistic. you have talent. Yea absolutely canon just imagine how this looks in real life, then it looks this cool in pictures.
Hey, I don't know if you have noticed or read already about our Moc fantasy world project here on CC, the project Lands of Classic Castle. It would be great to have one of your talents in the project. It is worth to check it out, it can be found in the story section.
