Does anyone have any good suggestions for photographing a model using mostly clear pieces?

Hmm, while I've never built anything exclusively out of clear pieces, I'd think that a lot of the same techniques used for photographing other Lego MOCs would still apply. For example, using a curved piece of poster board for a backdrop and have it well-lit from multiple angles to eliminate shadows.
Are there any specific problems you're running into with photographing your MOC?

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but whenever I try to photograph it, it's coming out almost invisible.

Hmm... you're trying to take pictures of something transparent so that it isn't invisible....
Maybe you could post on of your pictures here as an example so that we can see what might need to be corrected?
