Re: LCC - Meeting Galainir
Schmiddt makes a good point, and for clarification what he stated in the last few sentences of his post apply to me as well.
I really appreciate all the work the King's Council has put into this roleplay (honestly, I doubt I'd be building were it not for LCC). Any criticism/skepticism is purely from a roleplaying standpoint. Unless stated otherwise, most all of my posts are going to be purely from Andared's perspective.
Again, thanks to the King's council and especially AK for putting in all the hard work in running this roleplay!

Hmm... I have got to agree with Andered and Schmitt I am now convinced of her Lineage however both of my fellow Lenfaldian brothers have brought out a good point "CAN SHE LEAD?" I for one am excited to see what she can do for the kingdom however I am also as nervous about it as well

Fascinating twists in the story. Gotta love a bit of change in the pace of things. I'll be watching this queen closely, outlaws have eyes and ears are everywhere, ya know.

Re: LCC - Meeting Galainir
We of Shieldkeeper Fiefdom welcome the queen, despite her dubious background. You see, the Shieldkeepers were once one of the major political powers of Lenfald, until the ban on magic. Then, our alliance with the Elves came under scrutiny as the enforcers of the new laws swept through the country. The Shieldkeepers were forced to make an agreement that our family would relinquish some of our political power in order to maintain relations with Elf-Kind. Therefore we welcome the queen in the hope that her background causes her to recognize the Elves as allies and friends...And restore the power the Shieldkeeper House once wielded.

As a half elf, I can only hope this will be true, but I doubt it. All rulers I have met are the same, too greedy and proud to be of use to me.theboywarrior wrote:We of Shieldkeeper Fiefdom welcome the queen, despite her dubious background. Same here! But at least there is a banquet and of course lots of food ! Then we can enter into a plot for her assassination ! You'll have the honor of being assassin !Ferretclaw wrote: As a half elf, I can only hope this will be true, but I doubt it. Re: LCC - Meeting Galainir
Y'know, I'm curious. out of character, I'm wondering what's going to happen with the story after the new queen is crowned. Are we going to go back to fighting bandits, or is there something big being planned?

Re: LCC - Meeting Galainir
Out of character for ths post ((I kind of hope she is like a bad and evil queen, because that would be an extremely interesting development in the story. What would all he subjects do then, placed under the thumb of a tyrannical ruler? All of Lenfald, Garhiem and Loreos... Would they stay loyal or break away from her openly? Would they assasinate her? Would they turn on each other in another war? (Some loyal some not?) would the nations split into sveral MORE factions? (I.e. some of Lenfald is loyal to the queen and supports her, some hates her and are openly against her, the faction splits into two? That especially would be interesting... We could have a challenge for each member to build a moc showing their character choosing a side) would the outlaws become bolder now that the lands are essentially ruled by a fellow outlaw? ))

Re: LCC - Meeting Galainir
Hey guys, a little speculation is all well and good, but getting this involved with trying to foresee and figure out all of these theoretical secondary, tertiary, and then some effects seems a bit much. Just sit back and see what happens. We have the next phase figured out already.
