Post by infomaniac »

Hey Guys,

I'd like to present my newest creation Edoras. More specifically the golden hall of Meduseld.

Epic moc! Looks to be about minifig scale. Love all the golden details. Rock work is nice, maybe a couple green grass pieces could be mixed in with the tan on the top of them. Excellent stairs. Love the irregularity of the base.the roof looks great, very detailed overall. 10/10

The rockwork on this is stunning and those colors really pop out. They are sharp. Very clean, colorful build covered in detail!

Fantastic work! The rocks are gorgeous, you have a unique style that looks so great every time. The hall is awesome too. All of the gold accents are lovely. Nice use of the roofing technique too.
You would rather be building right now.

:twitch: GEEZ!
Excellent build! I've seen a few great Edoras and Meduseld builds but this is the best take on the Golden Hall I've seen yet. Too much to compliment on - the gold accents look great, the rockwork is excellent, and the way you did the varying shades of tan for the grass is perfect; I've been working on that sort of tundra look for a while as my next moc is tundra/taiga. Great job!

Awesome MOC, Sam. Was this the BrickFair choice for the ReBrick contest?

Awesome!! From the roof tiling to the sloped ramp way, this MOC is incredible. I love the rock work and how the olive green and dark tan accent this build and sets the mood. All you really need is a proper new white horse with the bridal Brasso-ed off.
