Now that's pretty good I may have to get a couple. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't have any shields.

White Fang on Eurobricks has done his usual CMF preview/review of the Lego Movie CMFs. Some great parts in there, I'll let you discover them for yourself :D

I'll be off to my local store at lunchtime to see if they've appeared on the shelves.

Thanks for the link, Andhe. I'm glad that we have a few EB moles on this forum who dig out the good stuff from that site so that I don't have to monitor it myself ;)

The review was excellent, as always. I'm a bit bummed that Lincoln's beard and hat are one piece, and wish that there were more than 2 Shakespeare's per case, but other than that, there are definitely a lot of figs that I'd be interested in getting, if only for new heads and hair pieces.

The Wild West Wildstyle is one of my favorite female figs to-date. A quick swap on the hair and you've got a really neat castle fig.

Does anyone know if the "to-go cup" from the barrista fig is one piece, or is it a 1x1 round with removable cap tile?

thanks Andhe, great review! I like how the review went in-depth with each minifig, and gives a description for each!

I especially like Shakespeare and Abraham Lincoln, they look awesome! I am a bit bummed as well that you can't separate Lincoln's beard and hat, but some of the other hair/hat combos are great, especially on the construction workers, as the hair helps define what gender. Hopefully they can make some medieval versions of those!

I really like most of these figs, and the sets too, especially Castle Cavalry (come on, it's more castle) and Lincoln, Shakespeare and Wyldstyle. She looks awesome with that dress :D
I'm a bit annoyed about the whole Lincoln hat/beard thing, but it's not too big a deal. As mpoh98 said, I hope LEGO make some medieval hat/hair combos, it would be awesome :)

Toys R Us had multiple boxes of the figs and most of the sets out today. If you are dying to get your hands on them and don't mind the TRU mark up.

I will have to wait a couple months before we can do anything. Hopefully the mini figs will still be out.
