Minifigure Displays

Post by Dubbadgrim »

Hey Classic Castler's

After seeing all of the great collectable figure series, I couldn't help buying at least the historic themed people! And this led me to build these stands to show them off, although I had to fill the gaps with some of my other figures. I also learnt how hard it is to photograph black lego :o

Those are very nice. Someday when I have a bit more shelf space, I'd love to make something like that to display my favorite figs instead of tossing them into a bin with the rest of my minifigure horde.

Very nice Displays. Yes photographing Black Lego is horrible. I'm still trying to work things out with Regular lego!

A very clever way of displaying your favorite figs, especially since it is more vertical than horizontal and could take up less shelf space.

I like these displays a lot. Even in black they are nice. Its a good way to showcase them. And a very good way to use black.

If you want to look in the publishing forum, Sava has described his method for photographing black that works great.

I think this would be a great way to keep all of the keychains I have hanging about.

I agree, I think if it was any other colour than black, it wouldn't make the figs stand out so much.
I'm gonna make my own to show off my favourite figs, thanks for the great idea Dubbadgrim :D

Glad I could provide some inspiration, I certainly got some from your section in the Lego ideas book :)
