Hello everyone! A few weeks back, I posted a build for a contest, so today I wanted to do the same.

The inheritance cycle is one of my favorite book series. So I thought why not use them. The two bookends are somewhat reminiscent of the story in the books. On the left side you have Galbatorix Throne room with two of his forsworn dragon riders. On the right is, after the Varden defeats him and Nausaude ascends the throne.

This was the category:
Bookends
Design a pair of wickedly cool bookends. Show them off holding up your library of Barbie Fairy Princess books, or whatever you read.

Great job Luke! I can't say I am a fan of those series, they are well written, but are a bad example for people (magic, wizards, witches, etc). :? But that's just my own opinion. :) But back to the creation, nice work! Very simple, yet good looking bookends, nice work! :)

The bookends are great! Nice job! The books are also good too, but as Matt said, you do have to be careful when reading them about that stuff...

Great job on these! The Inheritance Cycle is one of my favorite book series; Eldest is my favorite :D .

Very nice. Some time I'll have to build some bookends. It'd be cool to do some Lord of the Rings bookends and display them with my Tolkien books, and then another set of Narnia bookends for my Lewis.
