Great building and balcony.
The dock area is nice, but the stairs melt into side of the rocks - perhaps making the stairs part a lighter color or brown or dark tan (e.g. dirt). One thing I've noticed, to 'top' of rock is usually not bare, but is covered with something non-rock. You've done this on the normal ground above the rocks, including the path - I think continuing this down the stairs would be good.
The color gradient from the waterfall into the rest of the pool is nice. The rockwork itself is terrific!
