This is Castle Julian, the residence of the Lord Marshal Leonhart, my sigfig. More pictures to come later.

-Marquis

ps. the castle name is in reference to Julian Casablancas, the lead singer of the Strokes - who's latest album i listened to repeatedly while building the castle. it's a great album, go get it!

edit: and it is 3CS compatible!!

Alright Lenny! First time I recall seeing purple walls, doesn't look all that bad. Does the castle have an interior? I like the contrasting "stones" on your crenellations.

Hey Krakhed! Very nice my friend. I'm not too keen on the
purple, but it still looks darn fine in my book.

Looking forward to the interior myself.

The purple is nice-what I like is those indented windows! How nice! Makes a nice contrast from the rest of the castle.

Hi Lenny,

Your castle looks great. I like the crenelations, stairs, setback tower design, and the window designs. I like the form of your tudor addition, but you know how I feel about purple  In addition, the stained glass windows look great, but it would be a shame if a large stone from a trebuchet crashed through them.

Hey, everybody else said what I'm thinking so I'll simply say, great work! It's a neat-and-tidy-looking MOC, and it looks like you have plenty of creativity; keep it up!

Wow, looks great! I can't wait for interior shots either! The inset windows look really great, and the stain glass windows give it a nice touch. I can't really think of anything else to say, but I think this is really nice!

Great job. I think invaders might aim for the purple though. It is nice to see different colors though.

I hope you'll give us pictures with figs in them too. It helps to keep the whole thing in perspective.

Well done on making it 3CS compatible -- thinking outside the box, while staying inside. ;)

How many baseplates is it on? Looks like maybe 4.
