If the person you're responding to is right above you, you can just reply without quoting. There really is no reason to quote a whole block of text. If anything, just quote the section that pertains to your response. Please do your part to keep the faction threads neat and tidy

Also, as Mark said, the faction threads are not your personal PM system. Repeat offenders will be publicly flogged with a wet noodle.

It doesn't sound like that bad of an arrangement. Not only do they get public recognition they get a free meal on top of that.

I do agree though, if you have something to state about side quests, etc just use the flickr page we have going for Loreos. The CC main thread is mostly for announcements and build posts. Most of the side quest stuff we can all discuss more privately on flickr...where the real plots thicken...like my alfredo sauce to go with those wet noodles AK intends to provide us.

I am not a member of Loreos, or even the LCC for that matter, but I took some time to compile a list of your "active" members.

"Active" is based on a post and a build of some sort within the last six months by said member. The dates after each name is either the date of their last build submission, or their last comment (first date) and last build submission (second date).

To gather accurate information for the last six months, I viewed every post from the most current going back to page 48 (six months) of this faction thread. This should help anyone looking to verify my findings, should they choose to.

In Remembrance
Here's my first freebuild for August. It may be small (tiny!) but was built to extend Erathor's story as he rides to Mor-Reni.

Here's the story:
Erathor was drawing closer to Mor-Reni with his small army of Loresii soldiers. He was deep in thought as he went, and he didn't notice the surroundings change.
He looked up and gasped in shock. Just ahead of him and to his left were two small trees and a rectangular patch of grass. He halted his men and ordered them to set up camp at the side of the road. He himself went on and through the trees.
In front of him was an ornamental stone, decorated with a round golden plaque. Two torches were lit either side of the stone, though how they'd stayed alight since Erathor was last there he did not know. The writing on the plaque read:</i>
'Here lies Derathor Pridenar of Loreos, Lord of Sarenhold. May he rest in peace.'
<i>Erathor rushed forward, throwing down his shield and helmet, even his beloved sword. He stood over the grave of his father and bowed his head, touching the gravestone reverently. It was years since he'd last been here. He hadn't actually returned since his father's death at the hands of an outlaw named Mivolar, who now also lay dead in the ground. Erathor stood on the exact spot his father had fallen on.
Anguish suddenely attacked his heart, forcing him to his knees. Erathor fought to regain his self-control and ,even though he succeeded, he did not try to stand. He knelt at his father's grave for the remainder of the day, and there he was all through the night, not moving until morning came again.

By the way guys, I'm really liking these LC12 builds, so keep them coming!
