“Forget it, it was only passing...” He said to the others..

“God I wish I was on land” as he thought to himself..

a few minutes later he started to dream...

“I am sorry Lovana, but I have spent too much time searching with you” He said to Lovana...

“I understand that, I hope you find what you are searching for” She replied

“But I will keep my promise...”

(end)

As he woke up from his short dream, it was night fall...

Grid: N-10
Location: Fell Sea

Trevelayn was still swearing, but the rest of the occupants of the four flatboats were unfazed. Forestmen spies were almost as good as Wolfpack spies, and Bjarn had told Bulls and the Falcons that a sea serpent was stalking the Fell Sea after it had attacked and sunk a ship near Black Falcon shores (E-6), but it would not attack any ship now because it was already full of the sailors from the ill-fated ship.

As the sea monster sunk back into the depths, the Lone Ranger slipped into a doze, as did Jainess and the other Bull soldier in the flatboat. Barbod, Trevelayn, and the Lone Falcon stayed awake, taking turns rowing.

Night had fallen and the stars were overhead when the Lone Falcon spotted the lights of the port city Denderham.

"Shall we pull in there, Lord Barbod?" asked Trevelayn.

The Lone Ranger woke with a start. "No," he commanded firmly, "Continue on 'til Port Crown."

"But that is the capital of the Crusaders!" protested Barbod, "Every person on the street will be on the lookout for Bulls!"

"Just do as I say..." said the Lone Ranger.

Barbod did so grudgingly, and the four boats passed Denderham unnoticed.

It was noon the next morning when Port Crown was spotted. The moment the shout went up, the Lone Ranger ordered all the Bulls hide under musty old sails. They obeyed, grumbling.

It was decided Trevelayn would stay to guard the flatboats with ten of the rebel Black Falcons while the Lone Ranger and the Lone Falcon went into Port Crown with the remaining Falcon soldiers and the cart in tow.

The Lone Ranger soon found a shipright, and he left the Lone Falcon to haggle with the owner for a sea-worthy ship.

"I must find Lovana," he whispered as he slipped out the door, "Meet us back at the docks."

After explaining what he wanted to the lean shipbuilder, the Lone Falcon was shown a ship called the Rose Marie.

"This is a warship..." the Lone Falcon obsurved.

The shipbuilder, whose name was Smyth, nodded. "Aye, that 'tis. She battled with pirates for years 'til she was defeated by some misfits who stole a ship and kicked the megabloks out of 'er and Burtrand Storm-Rider's ship, the Hornet. She was decommissioned from the Black Falcon navy after ship returned to port in shame and I bought 'er a few months after. She still sails fine, an' she's fully equipped, too."

"How much?" asked the Lone Falcon, contemplating the Rose Marie's history.

"10,000 gold coins."

"Done."

"Then she's yours, sir."

“Everyone! We must swim to the dock, keep an eye out for a forest men boat” She told all her men (28 )

“Eye!” They all replied...

As they swam for the dock they heared the clashing of cold steal, clash after clash...

“Lovana, if my eyes are playing tricks on me I think that is a forest men flat boat!” one of the bull knights replied to Lovana...

“Let us make our way to that boat without being seen” She replied...

“Eye Lovana, if anything happens we will protect you no matter what” The men replied...

they made there way to the boat seeing men sitting around doing nothing...

“You should have stayed dead...” As he took of his cloak...

“And not see you again? Hahaha! Brother, why must you be like this, let us enjoy this time!”

“Do not call me brother, and I will have joy when you have gone to the after LIFE!”

Lone ranger took out his sword and ran towards the shadow, cutting the shadow to re-veal nothing...

“Hahahaha, You should be smarter than that brother!” as he jumped down from above with his sword ready to strike.

But he missed and the Lone ranger side stepped his attack and and he gave the shadow a karate kick with the knife edge of his foot, the shadow went to counter but was countered again by a judo sweep...

“you are good with your feet and hands, but are you good with a SWORD!”

as he went to uper stike with his sword he jumped back, dark blood came out of his chest...

“MEGABLOCKS!”

“Heh, you are only a shadow knight”

The Lone ranger put both hands on his sword and lifted it up...

“I'm coming...”

as he slashing the shadow in half...

Grid: F-11
Location: Dragon Master/Royal Knight border, on board the Bombardier

The Sorceror-king watched Targon's "farewell" to his former friend with amusement. He was somewhat less amused by Captain Broadside's attempt to inebriate himself, but as the Crusader sobered up very fast upon his arrival, he pushed the thoughts connected to it from his mind.

"Sergeant!" he called to Targon, who snapped to attention quickly. "Order your men on board. As Captain Broadside has no cargo, your men will be quartered in the main hold. He will inform you where to load the supplies."

"Yes, sire," replied Targon crisply. He eyed the Crusader captain doubtfully. Captain Broadside eyed the Dragon Master sergeant equally doubtfully. But both were equally fearful of the Sorceror-king, and set about immediately to doing their duties.

Once the Dragon Masters had all boarded, and once the dragon had been securely bedded with them, the Sorceror-king drove his staff between two of the deck's well-swabbed planks. The Bombardier rose upwards with a groan. Once it had reached a reasonable height, it shot forward, making for the coast with amazing speed.

It was late at night when the Bombardier landed with an impressive splash in the western seas. The Sorceror-king, exhausted almost completely, headed for his cabin, formerly the captain's, almost immediately. He paused only to give Captain Broadside his orders.

"Sail due south. I will give you further directions and orders in the morning."

Captain Broadside saluted, and put his hand to the helm, to steer his ship southwards.

Elwen was not a comfortable sailor. She never felt good at sea for the first day or two, and she always had to vomit within the first hour.

The Old Man was a very comfortable sailor. Actually, Elwen reflected, he was very comfortable at just about everything. It wasn't fair really, she reflected, that he should have both great power, and extraordinarily long life, and success in almost all of his undertakings.

She thought about her own life. Both her parents dead when she was young, her beloved husband dead, only three years into their marriage, leaving her widowed and childless.

The pain of losing your closest companions was very hard. Elwen knew that from experience. Then she started thinking: how many times in his many centuries long life had the Old Man had to help bury a friend? Did it seem to him that he became close with someone only for a second? How many deaths of people that he knew did he feel responsible for?

Elwen didn't think that the Old Man had it so good anymore. Perhaps long life wasn't a gift after all. Perhaps it was more of a curse.

Trevelayn saw the approaching Bulls and stood.

Without introduction, Trevelayn asked, "Are you Lovana?"

"Yes!" she snapped, "The Lone Ranger told us to look for a Forestman flatboat!"

Trevelayn nodded. "We have aquired another, more seaworthy ship. It is anchored in the harbour," - he pointed to where the Rose Marie floated quietly with three of the flatboats tied behind her - "Lord Barbod is already aboard."

Trevelayn scanned the ranks of Bulls, and then asked quickly, "Where is the Lone Ranger?"

"He is busy," stated Lovana shortly.

"It is no matter, we will have to ferry you men over in groups of ten anyway, he will show up soon." shrugged Trevelayn.

Though Trevelayn seemed calm, he was as tence as a bowstring. No one had spotted the Bulls Crest on the chests of the Bulls, but it would not last long. He ushered ten Bulls into the sturdy Forestman boat and stood watching as they approached the Rose Marie, hand on the hilt of his sword. He did not want to add the Crusaders to the list of Dark Forest enemies.

Lovana was the first to climb up into the ship and the first person she caught sight of was the Lone Falcon. She jumped back, drawing her sword, then stopped. The Lone Falcon raised his worn hands and said quietly, "I am a friend and ally of Lord Barbod of the Bulls, as are my fellow rebel Black Falcons who are on this ship."

Lovana hesitated.

"Lord Barbod is in the cabin," continued the Lone Falcon.

Lovana could worry about bloody Falcons later, she must see her lord. She swept past the Lone Falcon who was know explaining his situation to the other Bulls and into the cabin.

Lovana could worry about bloody Falcons later, she must see her lord. She swept past the Lone Falcon who was know explaining his situation to the other Bulls and into the cabin.
Barbod sat in wait in the captin's cabin, for what seemed like an eternaty. He took the time to decide what he would say to Lovana. His time, however, had been cut short, as he heard a jiggle on the doorhandle. The door swong open, and he caught eye of Lovana. From the look in her eye, Barbod could see that she was uncertin if he was her true lord.
"Take a seat, please." Barbod said, offering a chair.
"I'd prefer to stand." Lovana said, not budging an inch.
"Fine" Barbod replied, sitting down.
There was an awquard pause.
"You know," Barbod said, "two months ago, I thought I was the last bull. One of a kind," Barbod paused for a moment. "Last month, I was overjoyd to find two score of my kin. Two weeks ago they were sliced down to 8. Last week, I found out there were one thousand more. Can you understand my suprise? One thousand! And today, I look into the eyes of my replacement. My equil. The leader of the bulls."
"So?" Lovana said, plainly.
"So,"Barbod began, "I lost my kingdom. My people. My army."
"There back, now." Lovana replied.
"But I must do to you what has been done to me." Barbod said.
"What do you mean?" Lovana questioned.
"I have to strike you of your kingdom. Your army. Your people." Barbod said.
"I understand," Lovana said, "but I would be happy to give the King his throne back."
A very long pause followed.
"You would be happy to go back to just being a soldier?" Barbod asked.
"Yes." Lovana said.
Barbod smiled, raising from his chair.
"Thankyou." He smiled.
Lovana bowed her head.
"One last thing, Lovana." Barbod said.
"What is it?" Lovana asked.
Barbod opened his mouth to speak, but was interuppted by noise. A fight had brokin out on deck.

Barbod and Lovana rushed out on deck to find the rebel Black Falcons clashing with the Bulls. The Falcon were only using the blunt end of their spears, but the Bulls were using their blades.

Just as Barbod took in the situation, a Bull successfully slashed a Falcon across the chest, drawing blood.

The fight did not end there. The Rebel Falcons attacked the Bulls who stood guard on the main deck. Trevelayn rushed up the gangplank, stabbing a Falcon. He fell backwards into the ocean.
"What the tyco is going on?" he yelled as the attack crashed against the deck.

Grid J-10
Location... The capitol of Classic LEGOland.

Walf was escaping. At least that's what he called it. In reality he was running away from home. He had saved every trig that he earned at his fathers shop for the last two weeks and now he was ready. He had been planning this ever since he had that conversation with Thenais.

"Still I don’t want you idolizing that kind of life. Trust me, your life here in the city is better off then any wanderer’s, no matter how adventurous their life may be.”

He would show that old beggar. No one told him how to run his life, least of all a crazy old story teller.
Walf was at the market now, he had to pick up some bread for his journey.

"Well hello there Walf." The bread seller said cheerily. "Haven't seen you down this way in a while. What'll it be? We have bread, bread and believe it or not... bread."
"I'll take some bread thank you. Four of the small ones."
"All right that'll be fourteen trigs."
"Here you go."
"Ah thank ye. By the way have you seen Thenais lately?"
"Uh, no why?"
"Well he hasn't come by for his daily bread order the last two days. I hope he isn't sick or worse."
"What do you mean?"
"Well, I hope he hasn't changed bread-stands. I'd hate to lose my best customer. Well, here's your bread. You have a good day."
"Thank you." said Walf as he walked away. What had happened to Thenais? He wondered. "Maybe I should stop by see if he's ok before I go."

Quickly, Walf walked down to the corner where Thenais' tent stood. There were a bunch of people milling about making it hard to see what was happening.

"What's going on here?" Walf said pushing through the men.
"Nothing that concerns you boy." said one of the men "Now get along."
"No my friend lives here."
"Well he doesn't any more."
"Why? What happened?"
"I don't know. I could be asking you the same thing seeing as how you're his friend and all."
"Aw, come on Jawrac"said another man, walking up. "leave the boy alone. Can't you see boy? Your friends gone and has been for several days by the look of it."

Walf was stunned. Thenais gone? How?
"Al lright men lets get this stuff cleared out."
"Wait! No you can't take that. That's Thenais' stuff."
"Boy, your friends gone and for all we know he may never be coming back. Now what do you propose we do? Leave it here in the street?"
"I could keep them. I'd keep them safe 'til he comes back."
"Now wait just a minute." said Jawrac coming back. "You can't let the boy have this stuff..."
"Quiet Jawrac." Said the other man. "I know this boy's father. You're the son of the butcher right?"

Walf nodded.
"All right then. Jawrac, bring the trunk over here. If you promise to keep this safe until this Thenais returns you can have it."

Walf smiled, thankfully "I will. I'll take care of it."

And so Walf ended the day dragging the trunk back to his home. "So much for trying to escape."
Let us stop for a moment and ponder the signiture...

Ok, enough of that!

"STOP!" snarled the Bull King
Grid:

But the fight did not stop. Barbod scanned through the crowd, and finnaly found the Lone Falcon. He was trying to defend himself from the onslaut of two bull soldiers.
"STOP!" Barbod shouted again, but there was fire in the eyes of the bulls.
One bull scliced the Lone Falcon's shoulder.
"Something needs to be done about this maddness." Barbod said aloud, with no responce.
Another Blade hit the Lone Falcon, causing a scream in pain. Barbod couln't take seeing his freind like this. He charged the bull, and jutted out his spear.
Barbod couldn't remember making contact with the bull, but the next thing he saw was that his spear had passed completely threw the Bull soldier. He dropped the soldier to the ground.
Barbod felt like crying. No. He Felt like stabbing himself. But he couldn't. This needed to be done.
It had successfully stopped the fighting, as now everyone was looking at Barbod.
"What I did," Barbod said, in a shakey tone, "Needed to be done."
" 'oo the bloody devil are 'ya?" A bull called out, angraly.
"I am Barbod." Barbod said, "I AM THE BULL!"
He didn't care if all the crusaiders heard him. He didn't care if they were sending an army right now. He shouted at the top of his lungs.
There was a pause. It seemed everyone on deck was holding their breath.
"You killed one of our men..."Lovana said.
"Aye." Said Barbod. "I did."
